She realized the need and importance of Lactation Counseling which is a neglected part of Healthcare loop in Maternal and Child Health Care Provision.She therefore founded the first of its Kind Dedicated Lactation Counseling Center by name Birth and Beyond Clinic Child Care and Lactation Counseling Center at Bajaj Nagar Nagpur.

She is a Life Member of several Prestigious organizations like IAP,IYCF,HMBA,IMA,BPNI and Member of several International Organizations like ILCA and GOLD Lactation.

She has keen interest in Breastfeeding Advocacy and Supporting Mother Baby Dyads in Early Postpartum weeks to establish Exclusive Breastfeeding.
